we like short shorts.

I've seen a few Studded shorts knocking around but they are again expensive, So i thought i'd give it a try myself and it took me all of 5 minutes! I bought a cheap pair of Levi shorts on Ebay for £7 and a pack of 100 studs for £2 . They arrived today and i just went crazy and scattered some studs around them. Its my first time DIY studding so i didn't want to do something too tricky but they look great and i'll definitely be buying plenty more shorts. They're not finished just yet because i'm going to sand the bottom of the shorts with some hard sand paper to make them look a bit more worn and tough.

I've just bought a pair of white shorts and i think i'm going to dip dye the bottom black and throw on a few silver studs, If all goes well I will blog a picture.

Bringing summer to the winter.

I popped to town this morning for a magazine and ended up in the charity shops (whoops.) I wasn't looking for anything in-particular until i saw this beautiful silk satin dashiki maxi dress, The colors caught my eye and i found myself buying it before i even had the chance to stop myself. I was expecting it to be fairly expensive even in a charity shop but no, it was £3.80!!! no complaints. I love how versatile it is i can roll it up and wear it short and the front and long at the back or as a plain maxi. It also has a slit on either side of the leg. It will look great with my black platforms and black leather jacket :-) cannot wait to wear it now. EEEEEK.

the price is right.

I'm a complete make-up junkie so when i see something i like i often buy it in every color. With mac i find its far too expensive so you have to pick one you like and stick with it. However, I've recently found a seller on Ebay  who sells MAC lipstick/gloss for £1.93 they will not be genuine mac but they are surprisingly  good and for the price you cannot go wrong, (now you can buy one in every color, WIN!)

Check them out: MAC LIPSTICK

bye for another year.

Christmas is my favorite time of year, but now it's all over, all that excitement for one day and it goes so fast! Now we have to wait a whole 361 days until next christmas. :(

Crucifix love.

I spotted a gorgeous Leopard print cross style tee in urban outfitters a couple weeks back, and i fell in love with it but what i didn't fall in love with was the price. £28!!! which is overly priced for a simple T-shirt. So i decided i'd take a shot at making my own, this was how it turned out (above picture) the Quality is poor i know but i was just so excited i took a quick snap on my phone. To make a replicate of the Tee it cost me approx £6. BARGAIN! so next time before you fork out for a simple tee, give it a whirl yourself. :)
