rimmel apocalips lip lacquer review

nude eclipse - 600

galaxy - 301

apocaliptic -303

big bang - 400

Hey lovelies so unless you've been living under a rock lately you'd of heard of rimmels new apocalips lip lacquers. First thing i'd like to say is WOW! the pigmentation is amazing they are so bright the pictures don't do them justice! The darker shades are slightly more opaque than the lighter ones but they all impressed me none the less. They are very creamy (but not sticky) and don't dry my lips out at all. They're a very strange texture that I've not seen before it's not a lipstick, lipgloss or a lip cream, but i like it, it looks great and they're only £4.99 so i'm not complaining. The packaging is very sleek easy throw in your bag packaging. I really like the wand on the lacquer It's a typical lip gloss wand thingy majiggy (note to sell find better describing words.) but it has a dip in the middle of the tip which wipes away excess so enables you to use as much or as little product as you want! This lasts on my lips for around 4 hours before it needs another coat (darker colors leave a slight stain on the lips but that happens with most other dark lip products so this didn't bother me) The only negative thing i have to say is that there's not a huge range of colors, in my local boots they have about 8 colors but hopefully this is just because they're new and will bring out a wider range of colors but apart from that i'm really happy i bought these and will definitely be picking up a few more colors.

Have you tried these?? What do you think?

benefit erase paste concealer review.

Hey lovelies, so as you probably guessed by the title this is a review on benefits oh so famous erase paste concealer. I've read/seen/heard so many things about this product but could never justify spending £19.50 for a concealer but last week was my birthday so as soon as I woke up I bought it so that way I didn't have time to talk myself out of it. I bought it from Feel Unique and it arrived within a couple days of purchase.
Now I've not long been using concealers because I don't feel I needed them however this last year I've had really dark circles around my eyes, the only concealer I've used is collection 2000 lasting perfection concealer which is a brilliant concealer but doesn't cover my dark circles. so considering the erase paste has the word "erase" in it and is meant to "camouflage" it seemed the perfect concealer for me. so here's my thoughts.
The pot itself is very minute but arrived in quite a big box, the packaging is very bright and colourful and fresh   like most other benefit products. The concealer comes with a tiny spatula (which I found scooped up more product than needed and would just waste the product if I used it) and also came with a handy instructions booklet that has some tips and application instructions. The concealer itself is very creamy (but not cakey) and a dream to blend. I got it in the shade “1 fair”, this shade has got a slight peachy tone to it so wasn't perfect for my porcelain skin but over/under foundation blended out fine. because of the peachy salmon tones I would say this concealer works best for blue tones rather than red tones which is why I use this mostly for dark circles rather than blemishes. I did notice that I had to set it with a powder for it not to crease but apart form that I've been using this everyday for a couple of weeks now and I'm a very happy bunny (pardon the easter pun) there's still 99% of the concealer left so this will definitely last a while I would say its very good value for money and would definitely recommend splashing out a little extra for this.

let me know what you think of it.

WHAT WINTER BLUES?...

winter is my favorite part of the year I love the clothes, the atmosphere, the lights, and I suppose the fact that it's Christmas helps a little bit. I love wrapping up in my over sized cardigans and faux fur coats and taking trips to see Santa and seeing all the different lights on the way, I personally think Christmas brings everyone together! All the Christmas films appear on TV (ELF IS MY FAV OF ALL TIME) and it's nice to sit around the TV with a hot chocolate a blanket Christmas lights on and chill..  what's not to love?  (i rambled on a lot then i just get so excited about Christmas) anyway..
here are a few of my favorite winter pieces which I've been lusting over. They will have to make an appearance in my wardrobe especially these ear muff which are the cutest things EVER!
so this was just a quick blog to say don't be blue!

CHRISTMAS IS NEARLY HERE!!                                ENJOY IT!!

I think i'll be doing a few more EBAY WISHLISTS because its one thing i love reading most on blogs. So hopefully you'll like reading mine, after all why pay £95 for a pair of shoes when you can find a dupe on Ebay for 1/4 of the price?

i tried to take pictures myself but they were all very blurry so i got these off  google so you could get the a better look of the dress. I do not own these picutres. ok now, how amazing is this dress? Its a nude dress covered in sequins and beads and is really heavy for a dress it feels very expensive and really good quality the back is backless/cut out which is always brilliant on a dress. I bought this brand new with the tags on. The tags said RRP £99. i bought it for............................... £2!!!!!!!!! It's such a perfect fit and very flattering i can't wait to wear this out!

like i said.. Luck is on my side ;)

Bet Lynch eat your heart out..

when it comes to leopard print i'm very wary, sometimes it looks vile while other times amazing-ly lush. I always thought with leopard print you have to pay alot of money for it to look fab, OH HOW WRONG I WAS... these gorgeous babies were in PRIMARK for £6. The texture is...fury? and they feel quite expensive. For £6 i don't expect them to last forever but i've already worn them a handful of times and they still look and feel great. I'm so happy with these little beauties and for six pounds... you can't go wrong.

That's all for now..
